What you receive
A PDF report bringing together relevant findings, charts and plain-language explanations drawn from the Insight360 analytical dashboards. It connects the figures with the fundraising questions behind them, helping your team understand what is changing and what deserves further attention.
The analysis can examine donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, Direct Debit giving, donor value, major giving, campaigns and channels. The available history and fields determine which questions can be meaningfully answered.
You receive a document you can use in team and management discussions. Interactive online dashboard access is a separate offer.
Start with one gifts file
Provide a CSV export of your donation history, with one row per gift. A donor who has made several gifts appears on several rows, using the same donor ID.
Four essential fields
- Donor ID: a consistent identifier for each donor.
- Gift ID: a unique identifier for each gift.
- Gift amount: the amount received.
- Gift date: when the gift was made.
Five fields for additional analysis
- Campaign code
- Campaign name
- Campaign type
- Channel
- Payment method
Campaign and channel details help connect acquisition sources with subsequent giving. Payment method allows us to identify gifts paid by Direct Debit. Donor names, email addresses and postal addresses are not part of this nine-field layout.
We agree the history needed and the field mapping before analysis. Longer-term comparisons require enough history to observe the relevant periods fully.

- Agree the data. Confirm your export, available history and the questions it can support.
- Prepare and validate. Agree a secure transfer method and check the file before analysis. Please do not email donor records.
- Receive the analysis. Your PDF brings the relevant evidence and explanations together for discussion.
