• Services: the Insight360 Data Scan, online dashboard access and consulting described on the website. Any paid engagement is governed by its separately agreed scope and terms.

Information and examples

The website provides general educational information about fundraising analysis. It is not a personalised analysis of your organisation or a substitute for professional judgement in your circumstances.

Interactive examples use invented demo data. They are not client results, sector benchmarks, forecasts or promises of future performance. The fundraising reflection is unscored and reflects the answers you choose; it does not certify capability or recommend a purchase.

We take reasonable care with the content, but information may change and errors can occur. Please tell us if something appears incorrect. Consider data quality, observation periods, costs and organisational context before acting on an example.

Using and sharing content

You may read the website, use its interactive features, link to its pages and share brief attributed extracts in internal professional discussions. Keep context and demo-data labels intact. Unless stated otherwise, rights in the content belong to FLT BV or its licensors.

Please ask before republishing substantial content, using it commercially or presenting our branding as your own. These terms do not restrict quotation, accessibility or other uses allowed by law. Do not use the website to distribute harmful material, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt its operation.

Enquiries, prices and paid work

Viewing a page, completing the assessment or sending an enquiry does not place an order, start a subscription or oblige you to buy anything. This website does not currently accept online payments or dashboard registrations.

The Data Scan is described at €895 excluding VAT. The relevant data, report scope, fees, VAT treatment, delivery, payment and cancellation arrangements will be set out before you commit. Consulting is scoped separately. Dashboard pricing and access arrangements will be explained before sign-ups open.

A paid engagement requires a separate agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement or impose unagreed payment, cancellation or liability terms.

Privacy and confidential information

Our privacy and browser-storage notice explains personal information and optional services. Cookie permission is a separate choice; using the website or reading these terms does not give that permission.

Please do not send donor records or confidential files through website chat or ordinary email. We agree an appropriate secure transfer method and data-processing arrangements before client data is provided.

Availability, external services and responsibility

We aim to keep the website available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update or temporarily suspend parts of it for maintenance or other reasonable operational needs. External websites and services, including chat, have their own terms and privacy practices.

You remain responsible for deciding whether general information is suitable for your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory statutory or consumer rights. Responsibility for paid services is addressed in the separate service agreement.

Questions, complaints and applicable law

Please email Jim with a question or complaint, including the relevant page or service and the outcome you are seeking. We will acknowledge it and discuss an appropriate response.

Dutch law applies to these website terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law. Any dispute may be brought before the court competent under the applicable rules.

We may update these terms as the website changes. The date above identifies this version. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing agreement for paid services.
